We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner who enjoys variety, ownership and meaningful collaboration. Someone who can connect strategy to day‑to‑day results — and who gets energy from working with different stakeholders, categories and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities
🎯 Turning strategy into action You make procurement strategy practical and visible in the Benelux.
📑 Contracts & suppliers
- Negotiate and manage competitive supplier agreements.
- Lead onboarding, evaluations and performance reviews.
🤝 Stakeholder partnering
- Serve as the main contact for internal customers.
- Advise teams, manage expectations and help solve issues quickly.
📊 Performance & compliance
- Improve KPIs such as NPS, cost savings, PO quality and operational performance.
- Ensure processes follow ABB procurement policies and controls.
🌍 Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues in NL and Krakow to improve and harmonize ways of working.
- Occasionally travel for supplier visits or team sessions.

Your Profile
You’re someone who enjoys connecting people, improving processes and getting things done.
You bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Experience leading or coordinating people or suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A proactive mindset — honest, hands‑on, collaborative.
Good to have:
- SAP/ERP experience.
- Understanding of compliance or internal control environments.
