This Position reports to:

Local Service Operations Manager:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the oversight of team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution, especially in smaller units.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid/remote

This role is contributing to AUEN in Saudi Arabia
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

• Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification.

• Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders.

• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

• Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum 15 years of experience Project Management in Automation & Controls projects for external customers.

• At least 10 years of experience in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical industry, Power or Water industry.

• Saudi ARAMCO MAC experience is a must.

• Project Management Certified, PMP®, (ABB Certified Project Management professionals, will be preferred)

• Proficient English Speaker with Excellent oral and written communication.

• Experience of handling teams and ability to engage and motivate people of different cultures and knowledge of additional functions (Engineering, SCM, Sales) in addition to Strong project management knowledge will be preferred.

• Experience of control system solutions and experience of EPC projects.

• Knowledge FCM, SAP, PLW, PR+ will be advantage.

• Ability to negotiate, persuade decision making and influence customers.

• Excellent presentation design and delivery skills as well as ability to drive projects, manage execution.
