Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement communication plans. Each day, you will implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget. You will also showcase your expertise by generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Plan, create, and distribute the CN LVS Internal Monthly Newsletter and manage content on the Viva Engage platform.

Organize and execute Quarterly Townhall Meetings and Quarterly Sharing Sessions, including agenda planning, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-ups.

Develop communication materials for internal campaigns, events, and change management initiatives to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Support the promotion and execution of operation-related initiatives such as BI Dashboard, AI projects, and Continuous Improvement (OPEX) activities.

Coordinate learning and development events including Gigs, technical training, 4D workshops, and cross-functional workshops.

Create promotional content and track participation to drive engagement with key business initiatives.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the LBL management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Manage confidential information and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Qualifications for the role- 3-5 years in communication or similar function

Good at cross-function communication; proactive

Fluent oral English

Familiar with Microsoft office tools. Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus.
