Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Switchgear manufacturing process management, optimize and standardization. Issue handing during project operation.
• Being responsible for component layout and wiring harness design
• Prepare work instruction, training assembly workers and assessment
• ETO product assembly time collection and analysis
  Qualifications for the role- Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS、E-plan software
• Good communication and coordination skills both internal and external
• Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing.
• Skillful in problem solving by using statistical techniques.
• High responsibility and ownership
