Your Role and Responsibilities
1.Market analysis: monitor market trends and provide appropriate market information for long-to mid-term decision making.
2.Drive the market segment specific products deployment.
3.Create and implement the communication, promotion, and training activities in the segment.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with design institute and end user in the target segment.
Qualifications for the Role
1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. MBA as a plus
2.Minimum of 8 years in sales, with 3 or more years in a management role preferred.
3.Familiar with motors or rotating equipment industry, understanding of industrial sales models and distribution business models, and a basic comprehension of motor service business.
4.Excellent communication and Coordination abilities, able to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
5.Strong focus on achieving outcomes, able to manage and deliver expected results.
6.Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers, can adapt to frequently travel.
7.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new, challenging situations .
8.Proficient in computer skill, especially in MS office, Power BI ,Sales force etc.
9.Good in writing and reading, fluence in English speaking.
