This Position reports to:
IS Service Owner for IS Integration Delivery:
The Integration Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement of integration services across the organization. The role ensures that complex systems, applications, and platforms work together seamlessly, enabling business operations, digital initiatives, and strategic transformation. By managing vendor performance, service levels, and cross-functional dependencies, the Integration SDM reduces operational risk and ensures predictable, high-quality service outcomes.
Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integration services across complex business and technology landscapes.

This role ensures the successful planning, execution, and transition of integration solutions into business-as-usual operations, while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role acts as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and platform owners to ensure integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise architecture and operational standards.

The Integration Delivery Manager oversees delivery governance, manages risks and dependencies across systems, and ensures seamless handover to support and operations teams.

Key accountabilities include managing delivery roadmaps, vendor performance, service levels, and financials, while continuously improving integration delivery practices, tooling, and processes.

The role also plays a critical leadership function in driving collaboration, resolving cross-domain issues, and enabling scalable, resilient integration capabilities that support business growth and digital transformation.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
Qualifications for the role
- Master's degree in information management computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural and global team
- Experience of IS business performance and requirements management
- ITIL 4 foundation certification is a must
- Other ITIL professional certification, COBIT, Six Sigma, TOGAF desired
- Strong Agile methodology preferred
