This Position reports to:

Procurement Manager

Your responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and curious summer worker to support our team during the summer period. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and work closely with experienced colleagues, suppliers and production. The position is well suited for you as a student at the beginning of your career who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to daily operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the team with day-to-day tasks and administrative activities such as placing orders and invoice handling

• Monitor deliveries and contact suppliers

• Review and update master data to improve the quality of our data

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

Period: June-August 2026

Location: Västerås / Finnslätten

Work arrangement: On-site

Our Team

We are a team of 12 with the responsibilities of Production preparation and Purchasing. We are purchasing goods both for our specific customer project orders, to stock up in our warehouse and support the production lines with various consumables.

Our team works closely with the teams of engineering, strategic purchasing, planning and production.

Your background:

• Student at University or equivalent

• Experience in SAP is meriting, experience in Microsoft Excel a necessity

• Self-driven and proactive, able to plan and execute tasks independently

• Good communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively

• Fluent in Swedish and English
