This Position reports to:

Sales Support Manager:

ABB Paint Process Automation – deliver engineered solutions to customers for robot based automatic painting process, including design, installation, commissioning and standby.

Job Scope:

Work out engineering solutions based on ABB products – robots and atomizers, process know-how and engineering capability, to meet customers’ needs in automated painting production.

Your Role and Responsibilities ：

Work model: onsite

Prepare sales proposals for paint /sealing application systems, with focus on cost effectiveness, conformance to local codes, and ease of operation Communicate and know well customer requirements. Provide technical and experienced inputs to customer inquiry/feedback review, and convert this information into an engineering offer with a logical cost estimation Find out solution according to customer requirements. Prepare and assist in customer technical presentations Assist in RFQ preparation, participate in vendor quotation reviews, and act as one of the main approvers on vendor deliveries. Make offer for customer and provide customers with professional consultation Performs other assignments (or duties) as required

Qualifications for the Role：

BS in Engineering and Mechanical design is preferred.

5 years experience in automation painting process engineering or proposals for automotive or auto parts.

Experience in proposal for robotics painting for automotive.

Experience in working with painting process for automotive industry or Tier 1.

Knowledge of painting process, automotive manufacture, and applications of robotics.

Experience in using Auto-CAD and know well 3D CAD systems.

Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and project.

Good communication with English

Able to promote teamwork.

Thoroughness and accuracy.

Good listening skills.
