This Position reports to:
Site Manager-Team Leader:
Your Role and Responsibilities :
Work model: onsite
- Responsible for the quality, progress and safety of the whole link from site construction to acceptance as well as mass production maintenance.
- Responsibility for assisting the Project manager to communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the quality and schedule required by the technical agreement.
- Responsible for communicating with the team's proposal, design, site engineer and other teams to timely communicate and solve the problems encountered in the project implementation, include but not limit to mechanical and electrical installation, robot programming on site.
- Responsible for the preparation of logistics, the storage of materials, the application for the authority of outsourcing suppliers, task/shift assignment, and daily management.
- Responsible for leading the on-site team, tracking and recording equipment failures with customers every day, solving problems timely, and maintain updated issues lists.
- Responsible for on-site team building, including team organization structure construction, participant selection, and supplier capability assessment. Ensure the output and stability of the team.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers on site and gaining the trust of key stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc
- More than 5 years’ experience in technical support, service engineer, debugging engineer in automation industry, can be independently responsible for on-site mechanical and electrical installation and debugging, programming and debugging. Or at least 3 years’ experience in site management, with rich experience in site communication and problem solving
- More than 3 years’ experience in site management, have rich experience in site management.
- Familiar with the 3C industry, as well as the general application of robotic equipment in the 3C industry
- Knowledge of industrial robots, experience with ABB robots is preferred.
- Good English reading and writing, good oral English is preferred
- Can travel and work overtime
