This Position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager:

Key Responsibilities

Operational Purchasing

• Execute purchase orders, contract releases, and requisition processing in SAP ERP.
• Monitor delivery schedules, resolve supply disruptions, and follow up on open purchase orders.
• Manage order confirmations, lead times, pricing accuracy, and delivery reliability.

Supply Chain & Planning Coordination

• Collaborate with production planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Utilize SAP APO for demand/supply planning, safety stock review, and exception message handling.
• Support MRP (Material Requirements Planning) activities and proactively mitigate material shortages.

Supplier Management

• Communicate with suppliers to ensure delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
• Track supplier KPIs (OTD, quality, responsiveness) and escalate deviations when needed.

Data & Process Management

• Maintain accurate purchasing and material master data.
• Review and optimize procurement parameters (MOQ, lead time, pricing, scheduling).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization efforts, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Experience in purchasing,procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Strong hands‑on skills with SAP ERP (MM Module).
• Experience with SAP APO (SNP/PPDS or demand planning).
• Good understanding of MRP, supply chain flows, and production environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
