This Position reports to:

TA Partner

Get ready to be part of an exciting Talent Acquisition journey by supporting assigned business areas in recruiting their future workforce. Are you passionate about Talent Acquisition and finding the most skilled professionals? Then this is the right place for you!

Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy and procedures.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates

  • Being an integral part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer negotiations

  • Participating meaningfully in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

  • Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function

Qualifications for the role

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential

  • Ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives to build strong stakeholder relationships

  • High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking

  • Demonstrated knowledge of interview methodologies and the Swiss labor market

  • A solution-focused approach, effective written and spoken communication skills

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline

  • Fluency in English and German
