This Position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager:

Your Role and Responsibilities:

You will support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. You will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

Work model: #

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

  • Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and managing production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules. Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.

  • Supporting Planning & Fulfillment team in aligning material availability to production targets being responsible for stock profile and segmenting the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management, defining inventory policies according to this segmentation

  • Collaborating with Buyers for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

  • Supporting organization in reaching inventory targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Managing MRP exception messages on a daily basis; supporting cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;

  • Knowledge of SAP;

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular on Microsoft Excel) and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar are considered a plus);

  • Ownership, problem solving attitude and proactive approach;

  • Teamwork attitude, good communication skills and courage complete the profile.
