This Position reports to:

Sales Manager

职位描述：

1、负责西门子和ABB开关面板产品郑州地区零售&家装渠道（家装公司/项目工长/设计师）的拓展，及经销商和终端门店的开发与管理；
2、对负责的渠道发展进行规划，提高市场份额；
3、关注市场动向，收集竞品信息及其它营销信息等；
4、分销客户的开拓跟进及日常关系维护，建立良好的长期合作关系；
5、负责产品推进并实施区域内培训工作安排；
6、规划区域产品营销策略，根据公司安排进行产品推广；
7、工作地为郑州。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、5年以上销售工作经验，有开关、灯具、五金、家电、快消品等行业工作经验者优先；
3、对于零售具有一定的理解和管理经验，有家装业务工作经验者优先；
4、了解建材行业，有一定客户资源和客户关系优先；
5、具备较强的市场分析、推广能力和良好的人际沟通协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
6、具备明锐的市场洞察能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力和计划组织能力；
7、吃苦耐劳，具有一定的抗压能力。
