You will be mainly accountable for:

• On-site management and organization of construction site activities in the energy technology trades, taking into account all construction stakeholders and project requirements

• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements on-site as well as monitoring and promoting health and safety aspects through regular sustainability observation tours (SOTs) throughout the construction phase

• Control and monitoring of internal and external resources and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards, schedules, and cost plans

• Processing of construction site correspondence and participation in regular on-site site meetings and acceptance tests for complex projects

• Implementation of construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in accordance with contractual specifications and safety requirements

• Supporting the overall project manager in the planning and preparation of assembly schedules and clarifying site-related issues during the tender phase

Qualifications for the role

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering or energy and building technology, ideally supplemented by further training as a technician or master craftsman, as well as qualification as an electrician

• Initial experience as a construction manager in the field of energy supply and distribution, as well as knowledge of commissioning medium-sized and medium-sized power plants. and low-voltage technology

• Cross-disciplinary expertise, fluent German and English skills, and willingness to travel throughout Germany (construction site visits Monday to Friday)

• Confident use of MS Office and SAP, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach

• Strong communication skills, confident presentation at various levels, and a Class B driver's license
