Your role and responsibilities
-
Provide end-to-end technical support for ABB low and medium voltage variable frequency drives, including pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales troubleshooting & problem resolution.

Respond to customer technical inquiries and application issues promptly and effectively through telephone, online support and other channels to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Manage customer email communications in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring accurate information delivery and timely response.
-
Accept and assess customer service requests, implement real-time tracking and regular feedback on request progress.
-
Collaborate and communicate with the global technical support team, share technical knowledge and resources, and coordinate to solve complex technical problems.

Maintain close liaison with internal product teams, timely report product quality issues and practical application improvement suggestions.
Qualifications for the role

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Automation, Electrical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines.

Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in variable frequency drive maintenance, commissioning and technical support is preferred.

Language Skills: Proficient in English reading and writing; fluent oral English for daily technical communication and discussion.

Technical Competencies: Familiar with the working principles of low and medium voltage variable frequency drives, with solid professional knowledge in electrical control and drive application.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, fast learning ability, ability to adapt to new products and technologies quickly, and outstanding problem analysis and solving capabilities.
