This Position reports to:
Region Sales Manager Analytics:
Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products, systems, and services within ABB’s Continuous Water Analyzer portfolio. Each day, you will work toward meeting both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth and increased market share by executing focused sales actions in line with our sales strategy. You will also demonstrate your skill by identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the market.
Work model for the role: #LI - Onsite
This role contributes to the Continuous Water Analyzer portfolio, within Business Line Analytical in Malaysia.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Meeting and maintaining the budget for orders and gross margins for water analyzer products and solutions in your assigned markets.

Communicating with customers and supporting them with product portfolio details, technical specifications, delivery timelines, service support coordination, and project terms & conditions.

Collaborating with factories, market managers, service teams, and management to ensure quick response and support to customers, with the overall goal of increasing volumes.

Ensuring effective marketing activities are planned and executed, and communicating ABB’s value proposition to customers in your designated markets.

Identifying and developing new market opportunities within the assigned territory.

Managing administrative procedures within the sales process and supporting cash collection and project management activities when required.

Qualifications for the Role

You enjoy working to grow the business and are motivated by support for portfolio expansion in the water market.

Ability to demonstrate experience in water analyzer sales with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Possess solid technical understanding of products and applications in this market.

A degree in a STEM discipline.
-
Comfortable communicating and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in English and the local language.
