This Position reports to:

HR Business Partner:

Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you are responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, driving HR initiatives, and managing the full employee lifecycle. This role will oversee country-specific HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, employee engagement, and alignment with global HR policies. As Regional HR Business Partner for South & East Asia, you will provide strategic and operational human resources support to business leaders and employees in India, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Japan.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor on talent management, employee relations, performance, and organizational development.

  • Drive and implement HR programs, support change management, lead engagement initiatives, and manage country‑specific HR projects. Continuously improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

  • Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and maintain accurate employee master data. Oversee employee relations issues, including disputes, performance concerns, and Code of Conduct matters.

  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and other functions to manage HR‑related costs and processes. Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR and local data protection regulations.

  • Lead HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding. Track relevant HR KPIs (e.g., engagement, retention, talent development) to demonstrate business impact.

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor on talent management, employee relations, performance, and organizational development.

Qualifications for the role :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, required.

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Lead role.

  • Proven experience in a multi-site, multi-country HR environment, with knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices for India, Southeast Asia, South Korea and Japan.

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, talent management, change management, and organizational development.

  • Up to 10% travel, mostly in the region, with occasional other domestic and international travel
