CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs necessary activities within the AP to ensure accurate and timely records keeping and reporting and oversight of accounts payable transactions
• Facilitates the resolution of important/complex P2P cases, vendor disputes, accounting and reporting issues incl account reconciliations and fixing process gaps,
• Perform P2P internal control activities remaining in retained finance org (e.g. process walkthroughs)
• Ensure all regulatory reporting quality, completeness and on time,
• Maintaining continuous communication with Hubs and businesses to collaborate on project implementation and progress (legal, country specific, IS, global policies)
• Provide local P2P support for M&A projects and divestments
• Coordinating with other stakeholders (e.g. procurement, treasury, tax, legal, statutory) to align priorities, issue resolution, compliance

• Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB, code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, regulatory requirements and processes in their assigned area.

COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP

• Drives effective communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and supplier contacts to solve billing and payment issues.
• Maintaining continuous communication with the Hub and businesses to collaborate on project implementation and progress
• Aligning with local and Group Finance stakeholders (e.g. Group Finance Process Owners, O2C and R2R business partners, etc.) on common topics

Your background

• Experience of 3+ years in a comparable P2P end-to-end process
• Good knowledge of Account Payable processes
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Ability to analyze issues and take appropriate actions for resolution or improvements
• Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focused
• Strong communication skills for interaction with different stakeholders
• Polish and English written and verbal communication skills
