This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This role is contributing to the RA.
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Assist in processing customer orders and related documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Legal, and other departments to support daily business operations.

Maintain and update customer information to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Assist with procurement and logistics requests and track progress.

Manage systems and assist with issue reporting.
-
Handle basic customer inquiries and follow up on issue resolution.
Qualifications for the role

Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility to ensure data accuracy.

Proactive, problem-solving oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
Proficient in basic office software and SAP, and willing to learn new systems.
-
1–5 years of relevant work experience, with good English proficiency.
