This Position reports to:

Portfolio Manager

As a Product Management Intern, you will support the North America (NAM) Emergency Lighting (EML) product management team in driving the growth and performance of our EML portfolio. You’ll gain hands‑on experience contributing to product roadmaps, marketing initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and manufacturing.

This internship offers exposure to the full product lifecycle — from development and launch to pricing, positioning, and ongoing portfolio performance — while working closely with the NAM EML Product Line Manager.

Locations: Hybrid role in Dorval, Canada.

  • Assisting with product lifecycle activities, including market research, competitive analysis, and portfolio performance tracking
  • Supporting pricing and market positioning efforts to help drive profitable growth
  • Monitoring sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to support operational planning
  • Collaborating with R&D on feasibility assessments and product roadmap discussions for new Emergency Lighting solutions
  • Helping prepare marketing materials, training content, and communication plans for product launches
  • Contributing to KPI tracking for product performance and customer adoption
  • Providing technical and commercial support to sales teams as needed

Qualitifications:

  • Interest in product management, marketing, engineering, or related fields
  • Foundational knowledge of technology, electrical systems, or lighting products (coursework or project experience welcome)
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity about how products succeed in the market
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly
  • A solution‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
  • Working toward a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline in 3 or 4th year of studies.
  • Passion for AI
