Your role and tasks
Are you focused on creating enduring customer relationships and encouraging improvement via strategic service solutions? At ABB Robotics, we’re looking for a motivated Service Sales Specialist to help us deliver high-quality support to our customers in Denmark. As Service Sales Specialist at ABB Robotics, you will be an important part of the Danish sales team with a broad portfolio covering everything from replacement projects and service contracts to spare parts and training.
The market and potential customers are well known, growing and we believe you have the motivation and skills to outperform the market growth together with the collaborative team around you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the aftermarket sales representative for Denmark, operating from the Middelfart office while supporting customers nationwide.
- Contribute to meeting sales goals by generating opportunities related to replacement projects and the growth of service contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers across Denmark.
- Identify and pursue service sales opportunities within the installed base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value‑adding service solutions.
- Translate customer needs into tailored ABB Service offerings and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and pipeline management to proposals, CRM reporting, and administrative follow‑up.
- Collaborate closely with the Robotics Service sales team to share insights, coordinate activities, and enhance market presence.
Qualifications for the role
- Considerable sales experience showcasing effective results.
- Experience working with both new customers and established key accounts.
- A technical university degree, though your personal qualities and mindset are equally important.
- Technical interest and understanding within automation solutions.
- A results‑oriented, strategic, and structured approach to your work.
- Proficient in communicating effectively in Danish and English, whether in writing or speaking.

You will be based at our Middelfart office alongside your closest colleagues. Since you support customers across Denmark, you can expect some time on the road, as well as occasional international travel - primarily to Sweden.
The position reports to Service Sales Manager Joakim Söderqvist.
