This Position reports to:

Marketing Sales&Service Finance Manager:

The internship is for students in their last year of Accounting and Management DEC followed by a summer job until the end of August 2026. The internship lasts 5 weeks, with an extension into a summer job within the customer claims team.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

  • Assist the collections team with customer payments

  • Participate in month‑end journal entries with the Sales & Marketing Accounting team as well as General Accounting

  • Follow up on consignment inventory

  • Follow up on company vehicles

  • Analyze and record transportation expenses

  • Work on customer claims related to open billing disputes

What it takes to run what runs the world

  • Enrolled in a DEC – Accounting and Management (final year of DEC)

  • Strong analytical and accounting skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Must be able to commute to the Iberville area office in Saint‑Jean 5 days a week

  • French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis
