This Position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager:

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Interface & streamline MRP, providing clear material control instructions to Procurement; coordinate ATP/JIT/PO change management closed-loop process
  • Develop demand-based material control strategies (in-plant raw material inventory control/VMI); coordinate with Procurement and own execution accountability
  • Ensure complete material kitting aligned with production schedules
  • Control raw material inventory (virtual accounting & physical warehouse optimization)
  • Own supplier operational master data management and ensure data integrity
  • Execute forecast process for critical material suppliers
  • Take end-to-end ownership of long lead-time and critical materials from material creation to delivery completion
  • Support Procurement in completing supplier improvement projects across QCD dimensions

Qualifications for the Role

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Automation or related field

  • Strong expertise of planning in SAP as must ; and AI/Agent deployment, Power BI, Coding ability as a plus.

  • Team player, good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders

  • Self-imposed and result oriented attitude

  • Solutions oriented approach and decision-making abilities

  • Open-minded and enthusiastic for constant improvement and innovation

  • Fluent written communication skills in English, fluent speaking as a plus
