ABB is looking for a Senior Sales Support Engineer to join our Automation team within the Energy Industries division in Brazil.

If you have solid experience in developing complex proposals, pricing automation solutions, delivering technical presentations to customers, and acting in a consultative role alongside the sales team, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-complexity technical and commercial proposals, including cost analysis and pricing.

• Act as a technical reference throughout the entire sales process, supporting the commercial team and customers.

• Deliver technical presentations of ABB solutions, products, and systems to customers and partners.

• Analyze technical and commercial requirements, proposing optimized solutions with a focus on cost-effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain sales opportunities, contributing to the achievement of business targets.

• Act strategically with a strong commercial mindset, supporting negotiations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in preparing proposals for industrial automation systems and solutions.

• Proven experience delivering technical presentations to customers.

• Knowledge and experience with controllers, supervisory systems, and control systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Automation Engineering).

• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Oil & Gas segment.

• Technical knowledge in process and electrical automation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Apps) and Artificial Intelligence applications.

• Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented profile.
