This Position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

This role is contributing to the electrification business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.

• Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.

• Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.

• Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering field.

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles as a warehouse supervisor.

• Night shift work (7 PM - 7 AM).

• Advanced experience with SAP, Excel, Power BI, and AutoCAD.

• Experience in receiving, shipping, and supplying production lines.

• Knowledge of inventory control.

• IMMEX and CTPAT experience preferred.

• Experience leading teams of 25+ people.

• Advanced English proficiency.
