Role Mission

ABB is looking for a Business Service Manager to join our Process Industries Division team in Brazil. If you have experience in team leadership, service strategy, and P&L management, and are ready to take on challenges of growth and operational excellence, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the implementation of the service strategy as a member of the management team.

• Ensure strategic plans are consistently applied within the service organization through collaboration with other business units.

• Lead the Service organization and manage the P&L to achieve performance targets and optimize resource utilization.

• Run the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improved productivity.

• Invest in improving the quality of existing service products and develop new offerings to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.

• Implement the strategic mandate of each Business Line, focusing on market penetration and driving service growth in the country.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Automation).

• Proven experience in team leadership.

• Fluent English.

• Ability to manage both direct and indirect organizations.

• Technical knowledge of Process Industries and Service portfolio.

• Availability for frequent travel.

• Experience in interfacing with client executives and senior leadership.

• Experience in P&L management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to global and multicultural environments, with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Experience in collaboration with global functions.
