IS Service Manager:

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and provide specific, end-to-end Information Systems (IS) solutions/services within the defined scope. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a “core and flex model,” as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services.

The work model for the role is: onsite

  • Act as the main point of contact between business and IT for IT Domain services

  • Gather and prioritize business demands for IT services and solutions

  • Ensure reliable delivery and performance of IT services

  • Coordinate IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvements

  • Manage escalations and support the resolution of major incidents

Qualifications for the role

  • Experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or IT project coordination

  • Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and resolving issues

  • Fluent English and Czech
