This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the factory HSE function. Each day, you will make sure the teams keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and any other legal, internal or group HSE requirements

Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place to monitor the legal and internal compliance and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.

Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group and local targets and objectives

Drive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practice
Qualifications for the role:
-
You are highly skilled in HSE topics related to a manufacturing activities
-
You have at least five years of experience in managing HSE in a manufacturing unit
-
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and relevant international standard, RSPP/ASPP qualification is preferred;
-
You are passionate about knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and their impacts on health, safety and environment
-
University degree in HSE engineering or equivalent ;

You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
