Job Title: Sales Manager – Projects & OEM Sales – IEC Low Voltage Motors
Location: UAE
Job Purpose
The Sales Manager – IEC Low Voltage (LV) Motors would be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the OEM, EPC business across the UAE. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with OEM’s, EPC’s, End Users , Consultants, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for IEC LV motor products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the OEM business for IEC LV motors in the UAE market.
- Identify, target, and develop new OEM accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve annual sales targets, market share objectives, and profitability goals as defined by management.
- Work closely with customers to understand application requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales support, and operations) to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and deliveries.
- Closely monitor market trends and competition landscape and formulate effective pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management on a regular basis.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term agreements with OEM customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 8–12 years of sales experience in IEC LV motors, drives, or related electromechanical products.
- Proven experience handling OEM customers in the UAE or GCC market.
- Strong understanding of IEC LV motor applications across industries such as HVAC, Water& wastewater, oil & gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and close complex sales opportunities.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Solid technical knowledge of IEC LV motors and applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer portfolio.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
