Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the field of global supply chain management and logistics. You’ll engage in a variety of responsibilities that contribute directly to the efficiency, compliance, and success of the organization’s international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Active involvement in supply chain operations

• In-depth understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices

• Ongoing communication and coordination with customs brokers

• Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments

• Tracking and monitoring international shipments

• Processing and managing forwarders’ invoices

• Communicate with the Standards Institute and regulatory bodies

• Staying current on import regulations and relevant reforms

• Familiar with import reforms and obtaining price quotes

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience working with customs brokerage

• Solid background in the import field

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• High-level English proficiency—reading, writing, and verbal communication

• Strong aptitude for working with digital and enterprise systems

• Exceptional accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments

• Prior experience interacting with regulatory bodies

• Ability to manage processes and communicate with the Standards Institute and governmental entities (e.g., Ministry of Economy)

Advantage:

• Familiarity with standardization and import certification processes

• Previous experience in export operations

• Experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
