This Position reports to:

R&D Team Lead:

Your Role and Responsibilities:

· Product Research, Development and Design for motor and generator products

· Technological breakthroughs and innovation

· Cross departmental collaboration and project management

· Technical specifications and knowledge management

Qualifications for the Role

· Bachelor and above,

· Mechanical engineering, mechatronics integration, automation and other related

· over 3 years of experience in motor and generator design

· Knowledge in NX/TC and other 3D design software, AutoCAD, Office programs

· Fluent in written ,reading and oral English.

· Ownership. Proactive. Good communication and team work skills, willingness and capability to learn.

· Proficient in mechanical design, with experience in the research, development, and design of motors and generators preferred.
