Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to the advancement and improvement of digital capabilities within the Electrification Procurement & Logistics function by supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes. Each day, you will execute assigned activities in alignment with ABB standards and best practices. You will also apply your expertise by developing and delivering training sessions to ensure strong adoption, compliance, and ongoing professional development across the Procurement community.
The work model for the role is: hybrid, but remote will be considered (#LI hybrid)

This role is contributing to the Electrification Indirect Material & Services Globally. Main stakeholders are Business Partners, Operations, and Sourcing team of Electrification Indirect Material & Service department.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the digital transformation of the Electrification Procurement & Logistics department by identifying, prioritizing, and executing continuous improvement of digital initiatives that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.

• Embedding Artificial Intelligence and digital best practices into daily Procurement activities, while standardizing workflows, documentation, and governance to ensure scalability and compliance.

• C​ollaborating with Procurement teams and training colleagues to drive adoption of digital tools, enhance digital capabilities, and continuously identify opportunities for innovation and automation.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining simple digital solutions (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, Power Apps tools, and AI-powered assistants) to support and optimize Procurement processes.

Qualifications for the role -
You enjoy working with A.I. technologies, Digital Tools such Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power App in the Procurement and Logistics field.

• You have 2 years of experience in Procurement & Logistics, preferred of an International Company.

• Highly adept in using various Artificial Intelligence tools like ChatGPT for on-the-job activities and knowledgeable about Prompt Engineering tools.

• You are passionate about Procurement Digitization, Digital Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence, embrace lifelong learning, and possess a innovative mindset.

• Proven experience of using A.I. tools in complex or innovative initiatives.

• Extremely coach able, open minded and keen to drive innovation by leveraging an AGILE mindset.

• You are at ease communicating in English.

• Experience in Continuous Improvements projects and initiatives is a plus.

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean 6 Sigma) is a plus.
