Your responsibilities
Developing and executing world class sourcing strategies for the C&H categories with annual spend in excess of $50M
Coordinating Control Solutions categories (Components).
Being responsible for complete supply base management cycle while securing cost, quality, delivery, innovation,
sustainability, and risks performances, acting as focal internal point.
Leading supplier strategy for all NPD projects and provide strategic as well as tactical level sourcing support.
Predicting future trends and needs, working horizontally to stay abreast with changing technology and demand.
Helping team in identifying opportunities to create productivity projects and lead the sourcing portion on it to ensure
completion.
Identifying & executing new dual source initiatives on sub-categories.
Running regular category project calls with cross functional team, closely monitoring progress to committed timeline.
Conduct weekly, monthly rhythms with cross functional teams & suppliers (Quarterly Business Reviews).
Assessing project risks and providing timely updates to management.
Identifying, establishing, and driving strategic relationships internally and externally to achieve superior business goals.
Leading your commodity’s KPI reporting and track the progress towards the annual team goal to ensure required
contribution is met or exceeded.
Managing category budget on expenses and investments and monitor and drive 100% execution on identified projects.
People Management: Empowering, guiding and developing cross-function team in delivering outstanding performance.

Your background
Minimum of 5-10 years’ work experience in category/commodity management, preferably in Electronics in complex organizations.
Ability to work with cross functional teams such as R&D, NPI sourcing, quality, services, materials etc. to achieve timely
project execution.
Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders and lead small teams.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, maintaining timeline.
Proven costing, analytical, problem solving and organizational ability.
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
Inclusive leadership with background of building collaborative relationships.
People management skills with clear vision and can-do attitude.
Capability to interface with senior management both internally & externally.
In depth understanding of purchasing tools, processes, and practices.
Working knowledge of SAP or other equivalent ERP systems.
Fluency in English, written and spoken alike.
Bachelor’s degree required, major in Engineering preferred.
Travel of up to 30-40% required (in non-pandemic times).
