Your role and responsibilities

Join us as Project Manager for the Process Automation Business Area where you will be leading the execution of medium to large size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements and obligations, agreed scope of work, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

• Lead the project, define the execution approach, manage handover from Sales, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control of all internal and external project activities

• Ensure compliance with cyber security regulations and contractual requirements while managing project risks, opportunities, and stakeholder relationships

• Control project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, cost management, and cash flow, and coordinate procurement of required services, materials, and equipment

• Plan, schedule, and track all project deliverables using scheduling techniques and earned value methods to manage critical path, mitigate schedule risks, and meet contractual timelines.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with an Electrical or Automation focus

• Three to five years of proven experience in project management

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders

• Solid technical understanding relevant to electrical and automation project environments
