Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deploy and lead the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by leading programs and projects to improve and sustain local business performance.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELDS in Egypt**.**

Own The Challenge:

• Identifying and working to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing cases of conflicting priorities.

• Promoting and leading improvement programs and projects within your own area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach.

• Leading a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement within the local organization.

• Providing guidance and supporting towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level.

• What it takes to run what runs the world :- You are immersed working with Lean thinking and the engineer to order market

• You have 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement field

• Highly adept in Lean and quality tools

• You are passionate about leadership and change management

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering

• You are at ease communicating in both English and Arabic

• You hold current Lean and leadership certifications or equivalent
