Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical support to ABB Robotics Ibérica service customers in central area of Spain (Madrid, Toledo, Ciudad Real, etc), delivering superior quality professional service both remotely and on-site.
Reporting to the area technical coordinator, your experience and understanding of customer needs. It will help you to build strong customer relationships and identify actively and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to our customers
- Exceed customer expectations, understanding and anticipating their actual and potential needs.
- Solve issues related with potential equipment failures and take proactive steps to mitigate/prevent them and inform to internal stakeholder
- Coordinate the logistic or resources and spare parts for service tasks across all sites.

Qualifications for the Role
- Higher Technician in Robotics and Automation.
- Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of experience working in maintenance, programming, and commissioning with ABB brand robots. Experience with other brands will also be considered. However, if your experience is less, don't worry, we will still value it!
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in the service, maintenance, commissioning, and repair of ABB industrial robots, including arc welding, spot welding, material handling, and painting applications. Experience with other applications will be considered.
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Availability to travel at least 80-90% of the time nationally, and availability for occasional international travel.
- Knowledge of PLCs.
- Cooperative and solution-oriented attitude, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- First Certificate in English or higher.
- Teamwork skills.
- Availability to participate in scheduled 24/7 on-call shifts.
- Own car and valid driver's license.
- Work location: Central area (to be determined).
