This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Sales Specialist. The person hired for this role will be responsible for working with clients in the area of selling control systems and comprehensive industrial automation solutions.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensuring a high level of customer service and gathering information about clients’ investment and maintenance plans.

Initiating, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients at all organizational levels (technicians, managers, directors, and executives) through direct meetings.
-
Achieving individual and group sales targets.
-
Providing access to informational materials for current and potential clients.
-
Selecting optimal technical solutions in cooperation with the Technical Department.
-
Participating in the preparation of technical and commercial offers and monitoring submitted proposals.

Analyzing market needs in the field of automation for the broadly understood energy industry, including electricity and heat generation, industrial applications, oil and gas storage and processing, and the chemical industry.

Delivering presentations on the offered portfolio of products and advanced solutions dedicated to the energy sector.

Attending conferences and seminars.
Qualifications for the role:

Higher technical education.

Knowledge of process automation solutions.

English language skills enabling fluent communication.
-
Ability to learn and understand modern technologies and technical solutions.

Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining relationships.

Analytical thinking, openness, and eagerness to learn.

Independence, self-discipline, and good organizational skills.
-
High availability for business travel.

Category B driving license.
