This Position reports to:

Local Business Area Manager EL Baltics:

Join our collaborative team as a Pricing Specialist and play a vital role in shaping the pricing strategies at ABB Electrification Baltics.

Your goal? To ensure profitability and market leadership while delivering high-quality customer satisfaction.

Working closely with Pricing Managers in global divisions and local sales teams, you’ll leverage both global and local pricing frameworks to achieve tangible, impactful outcomes across the Baltic markets.

Your responsibilities

  • Enhance profitability by implementing pricing structures that align with business goals, market dynamics, and customer needs.

  • Take ownership of pricing activities for the Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian markets, ensuring consistency and local relevance.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop streamlined pricing processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support localized pricing policies, boosting sales performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously analyze pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, helping the business stay competitive.

  • Contribute to the development of tools and resources that support local sales teams and enable revenue growth.

  • Measure and report on pricing performance, providing clear insights to support informed decision-making by local management.

  • Collaborate with global partners to support and manage pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with global standards while remaining competitive locally.

Your background

  • Experience in business, finance, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a similar pricing, commercial, or analytical role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities in different scenarios.

  • The ability to develop pricing strategies by understanding market dynamics and customer needs.

  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams and functions.

  • A proactive approach to project ownership, driving initiatives forward, and meeting timelines.

  • A genuine interest in pricing and business strategy, with openness to learning and innovation.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with strong proficiency in Excel, as well as experience with SAP and Power BI.

What we offer

While the final salary will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, the starting base salary for this role is 3,250 EUR per month.

In addition, we offer an annual performance-based bonus, private health insurance, and sports compensation.
