Your Goal: Accelerate Service Growth

In this role you'll shape and execute an effective service strategy, aligned with global and regional goals. You'll manage performance through a highly skilled team, and you'll work to grow our installed base customer portfolio across Greece and Cyprus.

As Greece Service Manager you’ll be leading our Energy Industries division, and you'll be a member of the Energy Industries Management Team.

This is a commercial leadership role where your strategic thinking, customer focus, and ability to promote technology will be crucial for shaping our financial landscape.

You’ll be based in Greece, working with industries like Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Water. You’ll help customers operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Manage P&L to meet performance objectives
  • Design and deliver the Greek service growth strategy
  • Innovate service offerings tailored to the local market, leveraging global capabilities
  • Inspire and develop a knowledgeable service staff to realize their full potential
  • Increase profit margins through efficient execution and prioritizing customer experience
  • Empower sales to increase service revenue and unlock new opportunities
  • Ensure seamless service-sales cycles, boosting customer retention and upsell potential
  • Promote the application of digital tools to enhance productivity and transparency
  • Act as key account sponsor for strategic customers, building long-term partnerships

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams or individuals
  • Experience in service sales, agreements, and channel partner management, preferably within Energy or Industrial sector
  • Technical experience on DCS & SCADA systems, L3 digitalization and cybersecurity will be positively considered
  • Effective leadership skills, a team-centered approach, and proficiency in implementing strategies
  • Fluency in Greek & English language
  • Change management skills with learning agility and ownership
  • A collaborative mentality – internal cooperation with Operational and other teams
  • Ability to travel within Greece & Cyprus
