Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

• This role is contributing to the Automation
• Process Control Platform in Västerås.

You will mainly work with:

• Maintenance of mechanical drawings.
• Participating in project planning and project monitoring.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

You will join a the PCP Hardware team of 18 team member and about 7 consultants. We are responsible for development and maintenance of the electronics and mechanics of ABB's industrial control system.

• Qualifications for the role
• You are highly skilled in mechanics.
• You have experience in CREO.
• You work diligently and in a highly structured manner.
• You work with great patience to achieve the objective.
• You are curious and genuinely interested in learning new things
