This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC
Your role and responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and maintaining Sheet Metal and Copper planning (manufacturing instructions, NC code, tooling documentation)

Provide quick response to all fabrication systems & planning issues to support assembly requirements.

Prototype & test custom parts for all product lines within the plant

Plan new parts
-
Library new parts to Trutops Boost and Ehrt Punch Pro
-
Master data corrections in SAP (Boms and Routings)
-
Review Rev changes / CNs, WAs, and ECNs
-
Nest parts in Trutops Boost
-
Participates in daily meetings
-
Support daily operations in Fab
Qualifications for the role:
-
Excellent Math skills: Fractions, decimals, volume and area, geometry: radius, diameter, circumference

Self-motivated / Problem Solver – Provides input at Tier 2 meetings and production meetings
-
1 year of fabrication experience (sheet metal equipment & processes)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Willingness to flex hours to meet business needs
-
Proficiency reading blueprints and working with 3D models
