This Position reports to:

Global Continuous Improvement Manager:

This role is part of the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement team. The Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant will support Global HR Operations Leadership Team and HR Operations Teams by managing projects, process improvements and various change initiatives. The role involves project leadership, stakeholder management, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Quality & Continuous Improvement, HR Operational Services.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading global, regional, or local Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives end-to-end — from planning, stakeholder coordination, and risk management to successful delivery of defined outcomes.
  • Supporting Global and Regional HR Operations projects by ensuring stakeholder engagement, expectation management, and alignment with business goals.
  • Driving simplification and operational excellence by identifying and eliminating complexity in HR Operations processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Analyzing operational performance data and identifying improvement opportunities across HR Operations.
  • Enhancing and maintaining the CI framework, including methodologies, templates, and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PM standards).
  • Promoting a CI culture by training and supporting HR Operations teams in process optimization and project management practices.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior CI team members, fostering skill development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR service delivery, HR shared services, or a similar role with an extensive focus on process improvement and customer experience. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR processes.
  • You have advanced project management skills and a comprehensive command of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies (certification is a plus).
  • You have solid analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights.
  • You know how to work with HR systems like Service Now, Workday, or similar tools, and you understand how HR operations run in these systems.
  • You are committed to creating customer-focused solutions, with the ability to translate customer requirements into impactful initiatives and outcomes.
  • You demonstrate effective English verbal and written communication skills, interacting with diverse stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts in a professional manner.
  • You demonstrate a structured and detail-oriented approach to work, showcasing effective self-organization and a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • You are a creative thinker who can solve problems and handle several tasks at once.
