This Position reports to:

Tax Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back office and other administrative activities within the Tax function, in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will pro-vide support for various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews, contract structures, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and preparing supporting documentation (e.g., tax transfer pricing documentation, support for tax returns, etc.).

The work model for the role is: LI- Hybrid, LI- Onsite

This role is contributing to the ABB Business Services in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for:

Willing to work in 12 PM to 9 PM sift and flexible in case of any change – Cab and food is provided as per company policy

• Good working knowledge in USA Direct Tax, Property Tax Activities.
• Report to Tax Operation Manager- Direct Tax.
• He/she would be responsible for calculation of tax liabilities, Reporting, preparation of Tax Packages, GL

Data extraction from SAP/CFIN, reconciliation for direct tax return purposes, Group reporting works etc.

• Direct Tax GL Mapping, reconciliations, clearing and audit compliances related to USA Direct Tax compliances.
• Other responsibilities will include Standardization of Tax Operation Processes, preparation of SoP, process

flow, work instructions, Business Understanding and Quarterly reporting of tax numbers in Longview tool.

Qualifications for the role

• Education: B. Com, M. Com & MBA Finance, CA Inter
• 5-8 Years of working experience in the USA Direct Tax & Property Tax
• Should have good work experience in filing USA Tax returns and reporting.
• In depth knowledge in tax tool VERTEX, One Source, Power Query, Any bill
• Should have problem solving ability as he/she will be responsible to resolve functional tax issues with respect to

USA as well as other overseas countries.

• Should have good working experience in SAP /MS Office
• Should have Good Presentation, communication, listening and execution skills.
