This Position reports to:
SCM Service Delivery Manager:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to evolve Feeder Factory role to secure shortest delivery to all Regional Operations Centers as part of the strategic project to reduce the end-to-end lead-time and setting more streamlined supply chain where applicable
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Global BL Power Reliability in Energy Industries.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and maintaining a rolling 18–24 month unconstrained demand forecast for assigned products, aligned with the global S&OP process.
- Analyzing demand data, identifying forecast gaps, and driving improvements in forecast accuracy and planning reliability.
- Supporting Sales and Product Management by consolidating the global demand plan and participating in demand review cycles.
- Monitoring finished goods and component inventory levels, recommending SKU rationalization and inventory optimization actions.
- Supporting product lifecycle activities (NPI, phase-out, LTB) and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain performance metrics.
Qualifications for the role:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP, with a proven track record of designing and improving forecasting processes, planning frameworks, and reporting structures.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and bring working expertise in supply chain processes, including network design and optimization.
- You are passionate about data-driven decision-making and are innovative around process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong analytical foundation.
- You are at ease communicating in English (written and spoken) in a global business environment.
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a solution-focused mindset, and the confidence to introduce new ideas and challenge conventional approaches.
