This Position reports to:

Group Manager O&G, CH&R

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customers to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in Qatar & Middle East region.

You will be mainly accountable for:

٠ Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations.

٠ Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.

٠ Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams.

٠ Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities.

Qualifications for the role:

٠ You are highly skilled in ABB 800xA and/or S+ with Harmony / Infi90, PMS & IEC 61850, AC800M HI and/or Advant systems in the Energy Industries sector markets

٠ You have more than five years of experience in Process Automation with ABB Products mentioned above

٠ Possess the enhanced knowledge in preferably all the specified systems / platforms (advanced knowledge in remaining ones)

٠ You are passionate about building strong collaboration and cooperate tightly with targeted end-customers to provide on-site services

٠ Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering

٠ You are at ease communicating in English
