Support Operations by updating drawings, specifications, and detailed design elements based on production input and process changes.
-
Maintain full compliance with regulatory and internal standards across all existing product variants.
-
Perform engineering assessments to ensure that any design changes maintain required electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance.
-
Conduct analyses and design updates related to electrical insulation, mechanical adaptations, materials, or thermal behavior.
-
Execute structured engineering processes, including requirement clarification, risk assessments, impact analyses, documentation, and testing/validation of updated components.

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. welcome but not required).
-
Strong analytical mindset and a structured, solution‑oriented approach.
-
Interest in lifecycle engineering and maintaining/improving established technologies.
-
Experience with medium‑voltage switchgear, lifecycle/product care engineering, or high‑voltage equipment.
-
Knowledge on insulating gases, dielectric strength, and HV testing methods.
