Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud-based application support, preferably on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in operations support,containerized environments (Docker & Kubernetes), and edge deployments, with a working understanding of AI/ML-based tools and platforms.

This role requires a proactive problem solver who can ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise-grade cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support cloud-native applications hosted on Azure

• Manage and support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)

• Handle production operations, including incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance tuning

• Support edge deployments and troubleshoot connectivity, data flow, and system stability issues

• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for cloud and edge environments

• Perform deployment, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in cloud platforms

• Work closely with development, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure smooth releases

• Ensure security, access control, and compliance best practices are followed

• Participate in on-call rotations and provide operational support as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, preferably Microsoft Azure

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments

• having the understanding of On-prem deployments and

• Solid experience in operations support for cloud-based applications

• Good knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting

• Exposure to edge computing environments and on-prem/cloud hybrid architectures

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts)

AI & Advanced Technologies (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools

• Exposure to AI-driven monitoring, analytics, or automation tools

• Awareness of how AI is used in operations, observability, or predictive maintenance is a plus
