This Position reports to:

HSE Manager

Your role and responsibilitiesABB Large Motors & Generators in Estonia is looking for a passionate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will report and investigate incidents, gather feedback, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate lessons learned and best practices to the wider business. You will aid the business by applying your knowledge to provide solutions and advice to address a variety of issues. Fixed-term contract

• Collecting and analyzing daily HSE performance, problem identification, and creating preventive counter measures together with production and engineering teams

• Supporting the implementation of HSE objectives, incident investigations, and root cause analyses within the respective organization

• Engaging with internal & external stakeholders to increase HSE awareness and commitment

• Ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along ABB’s value chain

Qualifications for the role

• You have 2+ years of experience in the HSE field (preferably in production)

• The ability to manage complex issues and work in cross-functional teams

• You are at ease communicating in Estonian, Russian, and English

• Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards is beneficial
