This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

Role Summary We are looking for a senior FP&A professional to act as a finance business partner across Malaysia business controlling, functional controlling, and India strategic finance. The role requires strong financial judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to convert numbers into clear management stories and decision-ready insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Business and functional controlling for Malaysia operations
• Strategic finance support for India, including decks and ad-hoc analyses
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance reviews
• Analyze costs, margins, and profitability drivers
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial narratives
• Partner with multiple stakeholders to support decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, controls, and system alignment

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in FP&A, business controlling, or strategic finance
• Strong accounting, financial planning, and costing knowledge
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• SAP S/4HANA experience including FICO & CO-PA
• Experience with SAP BW and reporting tools
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and numerical skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independent. Exposure to multi-country or regional finance roles
• Experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
