This Position reports to:

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with sparepats/Gurantee orders. Each day, you will take on small customers order. You will also showcase your expertise by following up the order until delivery.

The work model for the role is: Onsite- Olofström

This role is contributing to the ABB Roboticds Global solution center, olofström .
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
• Checking the quality of incoming goods for storage.
• Ensuring daily contact with suppliers.
• Participating in regular inventory control processes.

You will join a dynamic high performin small team, where you will be able to thrive.

• Qualifications for the role- You are immersed in you enjoy working with SAP, Email, MS Office and the Automotive sector market.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in you have 1 year of experience in spareparts order or gurantee claims
• You are passionate about solving customer requests you are at ease communicating in english and swedish
